The EST Multi-Sensor Detector SIGA-PHD, provides an optical smoke sensor and a rate of-rise heat sensor with a fixed temperature setting. Together these sensors efficiently detect smoldering fires, as well as fast flaming fires.  Currently, this device is only compatible with the Signature Loop Controller, but it can be customized with a variety of accessories and bases.
